	Small Steps to Success This year's Small Steps campaign had more doctors involved than ever! Thank you all for your participation! While checks and pledges are still coming in, the current total is $25,149 which will be used for Upper Cervical Research Foundation projects.

	Spring Conference Contest Offers Free Student Registration! The Student Scholarship Contest offers a chance for one student from each college to receive a complimentary conference registration for spring 2012. Submit an essay or video addressing the conference theme: "Celebrating the Students: A Look into our Future". Entries can be emailed as a word document or video to: Dr. Stan Dombroski at drstan@myamazingspine.com or 300 South State St., Ste. 4, Zeeland, MI 49464, to be received no later than March 1, 2011. Contestants must be sure to include their name, address, school, anticipated graduation date and phone number. All students are offered free hotel rooms with four to room.

	In Appreciation On November 4th, Dr. Robert Brooks presented an overview of UCRF Research to the Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific Fall Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, where the doctors and students were surprised and grateful to know what we are doing. In response, Dr. Kessigner and the leadership of the KCUCS organization sent a $1,000 gift to support the UCRF vision and further investigation of the Atlas Subluxation Complex. We are most appreciative of their generous contribution to this profound work that serves us all.
